The gospel of Jesus Christ isn’t merely another religion, philosophy, or social order, it is life:  “I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly” (John 10:10).  Through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth, it has become possible for us to be restored to our Father in heaven.  The gospel offers the tremendous hope that one can become born again (John 3:3-7),  a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17), a child of God (John 1:12), more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37), and an heir to the Kingdom of God (Galatians 4:4-7).
